HOW LONG TO PROCESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING?

All orders are processed in 3 business days. Should there be a delay in shipping, we will let you know via email. Please note that ground shipping usually entails a minimum of 3-7 business days for delivery.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

International shipping should be expected to take a minimum of 15-20 business days. For confirmation on international shipping, please email info@rubyblujewelry.com.

The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. Should RBJ be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.

RBJ is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of RBJ to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these charges.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS
